Learn about the life of the Simi Valley Quilt Guild
when Laurie takes us on a journey with quilts from
1985 to present day. That’s 41 years of history in the
making, of quilts, that is! The amazing trunk show will
feature not only quilts from Laurie, but quilts from
members past and present. I’m sure you will know
many of them and hopefully some will be in
attendance.
Learn more about how SVQG evolved into what it is
today. Like, what is an opportunity quilt, a challenge
or a round robin? Have you participated in a block
exchange or created a memory quilt? Have you ever
gone on a retreat or maybe a field trip? What’s a
panty raid or a sock hop? Have you made items to
donate to charities? A neck cooler? Have you ever
attended a workshop? What is a mini group? Hello
